Here's a couple of quick questions and answers about production and shipping times.

How long will my fabric take to print?
Most orders print within 2-5 days. If a reprint is required on your order, then it can take 1-3 days longer.

My order is time sensitive. What do I do?
Get in touch with us! If we know your deadline, we can inform you of any delays. Either use our contact form, or email us directly at [email protected].

Where does my order ship from?
We print from Montreal, Canada. Canadian shipments ship from our Montreal location with Canada Post. USA and international orders are sent across the border to ship with USPS from Champlain, NY.

What shipping services do you offer?
On the website, you can choose between expedited or express post in Canada. USA shipments are sent with Priority mail. If you need a faster shipping service, get in touch with us before placing an order and we can arrange a courrier service like Fedex or DHL.

Do you outsource any printing?

Nope! All printing is done inhouse by us. We started in sublimation printing about 10 years ago and learned reactive printing 3 years ago in Europe. We are a team of do-ers and we don't allow anyone else to do our work for us!

Can you ship my fabric on a roll?

Fabrics all ship off the roll. If you order a large amount of fabric, it will be folded and put into a box. All shipping prices on the website accounts for shipping off the roll. If you would like us to ship on a roll, get in touch with us. Shipping on a roll is generally more expensive and usually limited to courier services.

Do you drop ship?

Art Fabrics does not have integrated services to make drop shipping easy. However, you certainly can purchase fabric and have it shipped to an address different than the billing address. We do not include pricing info in shipments, only the care instructions so your end user will not know the fabric is not coming from you.

Our partner company Art of Where is geared towards drop ship! Art of Where manufactures products on demand and also offers fabrics printed by the meter for drop shipping. They offer integrations with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Etsy.
